Enjoy a mid-week restorative yoga practice in the heart of the Grove with instructor Amy Burleson. This class is for all levels and is held on the grassy front lawn of The Barnacle overlooking Biscayne Bay (in case of rain, class meets in the Micco Pavilion). Bring a yoga mat and shawl.
